With over twenty years of experience acquiring and developing high-end hotel, restaurant and nightlife properties in New York, Boston and Miami, Seth Greenberg is regarded as one of the premiere impresarios of the hospitality industry.

Roberto Porsia

Born in Miami and raised in Rome, Italy, Roberto transformed from a political science expert into an indispensible hospitality industry figure. His experience and exceptional service cultivates years in the dining and nightlife scene.


Cameron Grob

As a Founding Partner of Boston’s Cafeteria and Partner of Bastille Kitchen, Cameron brings experience and perspective to Serafina. His role is essential to everything from large-scale public events to corporate marketing initiatives.

Elizabeth Flink

After several years in the health & fitness industry, Liz began a new career in hospitality as bartender, server, manager and event coordinator at various properties. Her passion of food & wine has recently led her to the Italian restaurant space.

Salvatore Capaldo

Born in Naples, Italy, Salvatore got his start in Los Angeles learning the ropes of kitchen operations. He quickly worked his way up to front-of-house management at one of LA’s top restaurants. His recent move to the East Coast has brought him to Serafina.

Petra was given free reign to turn the massive blank canvas of our space into Serafina Boston. Her design philosophy is based on comfort, elegance and practicality. The end product was a stunning interpretation of the iconic Serafina brand.
